We meet one-two Tuesday evenings every month at 6PM PST/9PM EST on Zoom.
How do I join the meetings?

Who are the teachers?
Ellis, the founder of Mindful Moment, who is a certified Mindfulness Teacher, Mindfulness graduate student/researcher, and Conscious Entrepreneur, as well as multiple other trained Mindfulness teachers.
